Fluorescent Inspection Solutions for High-Speed Train Steel Wheels and Brake Discs:

On the fluorescent inspection line for high-speed train steel wheels, install one LUYOR-3121 fluorescent inspection lamp on each side (left and right). Additionally, install one LUYOR-3106 inspection lamp on the wheel tread surface. The LUYOR-3121 fluorescent inspection lamp offers an effective irradiation area of up to 60 × 25 cm. Compared with traditional 400 W inspection lamps, the LUYOR-3121 is compact in size and, when installed on the steel wheel inspection line, does not interfere with workers' visual inspection. Its irradiation area fully covers the wheel radius, ensuring that the steel wheel is inspected without any blind spots.

Fluorescent Inspection Solution for High-Speed Train Axles:

The LUYOR-3121 fluorescent inspection lamp is compact in size, making it easy to combine multiple units for fluorescent inspection. For axle inspection, users can connect two LUYOR-3121 lamps in series. When used together, the two lamps provide a combined irradiation area of up to 120 × 25 cm, fully meeting the requirements for axle inspection.

At LUYOR, we provide customers with complete fluorescent inspection solutions and customize special fluorescent inspection light sources according to customer requirements. For more details, please contact us.
