Fluorescent Leak Detection of Drive Axle

LUYOR fluorescent leak detection products are widely used in the quality control process of automotive industry. By introducing a fluorescent dye LUYOR-6100 into the axle lubricant, inspectors can quickly and accurately identify oil leaks at critical areas such as seals, gaskets, and housing joints. Using a high-intensity UV inspection lamp LUYOR-3103D, the emitted fluorescence clearly reveals leakage that would otherwise go unnoticed.
