LUYOR-3105 Handheld LED UV NDT Lamp is designed specifically for fluorescent magnetic particle inspection and fluorescent leak detection. The lamp features state-of-the-art LED technology. With five high-energy UV LEDs (360-370nm), it produces 7,000 uw/cm2 high intensity at 38cm and a wide coverage area up to 150mm.
INTRODUCTION
LUYOR-3105 Handheld LED UV NDT lamp is designed specifically for fluorescent magnetic particle inspection and fluorescent leak detection. The lamp features state-of-the-art LED technology. In addition, there is no harmful UVB or UVC. To improve portability and the ease of use, LUYOR-3105 uses 100-240V AC power supply instead of a heavy power box, making it compact and lightweight.
With five high-energy UV LEDs (360-370nm), it produces 7,000 uw/cm2 high intensity at 38cm and a wide coverage area up to 150mm.

Indications are clearly visible even at the edge of the 10 inch / 25 cm beam, thanks to the high intensity LEDs.
Reduce energy usage by up to 82% over 400W halogen lamps and 45% over mercury-vapor lamps.
Long-lasting LEDs are more reliable and require less maintenance over time.
Fully sealed housing will stand up to the elements, along with a fan-less cooling system and non-clouding lens for reliable, consistent inspections.
