INTRODUCTION
The UCL-3200 UV Crosslinker is a microprocessor-controlled ultraviolet irradiation system built for precision across a broad range of applications—from nucleic acid membrane crosslinking and protein-RNA interaction studies to UV curing, induced mutagenesis, and beyond.
At its core, a programmable microprocessor actively monitors UV output in real time, ensuring every run delivers reproducible results. The irradiation chamber, featuring aluminum diffuse reflectors and a mirrored interior, ensures uniform light intensity across the entire sample area while shielding the sensor from chemical contamination for sustained accuracy.

Uniform UV illumination: Features an array of 6 UV lamps and optimized reflection design to ensure even UV distribution throughout the chamber, delivering consistent results.
Microprocessor-controlled intelligence: Equipped with a programmable microprocessor that monitors and displays UV intensity in real time for precise and reproducible experiments.
Three operating modes: Supports energy mode, time mode, and preset mode to accommodate various experimental requirements.
Rapid startup with memory: Startup time < 1 second; retains the last used program and allows one-touch start upon power-on.
Intuitive interface: Provides clear and real-time readouts for user-friendly operation.
Audible alert and auto-standby: Emits a beep upon crosslinking completion and automatically enters standby mode for safety and energy savings.
Safety interlock system: Automatically shuts off UV exposure when the chamber door is opened, protecting operators from accidental UV exposure.

The UCL-3200 Series UV Crosslinkers are equipped with six 8‑W tubes and are available in three wavelengths: 254 nm, 302 nm, or 365 nm.
