According to the national standard HG 20202-2014, black light lamps must be used for ultraviolet radiation. Traditional black light lamps use high-pressure mercury lamps which have a lot of drawbacks. For example, high-pressure mercury lamps have a long start-up time of five minutes, and they cannot be frequently turned on and off. In addition, they generate heat while working. The surface temperature of bulb can reach 200-300 degrees Celsius. Therefore, LED black lights are better options.
