INTRODUCTION
Fluorescence is a powerful and widely used tool in various fields of cell biology, neuroscience, and other research. LUYOR offers a complete solution for fluorescence exicitation with microscopes. The LUYOR-3430 Microscope Excitation Light Source improves the efficiency of fluorescence microscope in pathology, cytology, microbiology, and other scientific research fields. This compact and economical fluorescent excitation light source is excellent for fluorescein applications in immunohistochemical research and other fields.
LUYOR-3430 is ideal for screening genetically modified organisms, pre-screening of samples, auxiliary anatomy, coral research, etc. Using LUYOR-3430 to irradiate organisms containing Green fluorescent protein (GFP) can stimulate green fluorescence. The filter lens blocks all reflected light and only allows green fluorescence to pass through. When the excitation light source excites red fluorescence, you can observe with a pair of red viewing glasses and easily detect organisms containing red fluorescent protein (DsRed).
LUYOR-3430 can be used to detect and screen plants, animals and microorganisms that transfer Green fluorescent protein (GFP) gene, such as rice, corn, Zebrafish, mice, bacteria, fungi, etc. It is a compact and portable fluorescent detection device that can easily detect transgenic organisms.
Compact and portable, excellent for field testing
Instant start-up
High detection efficiency, clear detection in the darkness
LED lifespan 10,000 hours
Continuous working time >4 hours
An economical way to add fluorescence to your existing stereomicroscopes
A complete set of LUYOR-3430 includes an excitation light source and corresponding barrier filter. There are 7 sets of wavelengths available.
