LUYOR-3320 LED Parallel Light for Surface Inspection

LUYOR-3320 LED Parallel Light features 10 high-power LEDs and our newly designed linear lens that changes the circular light output into parallel light output. This design of parallel light output prevents direct light from reaching the operator’s eyes and thus making LUYOR-3320 comfortable to use for a long time. With a vertical angle of 8 degrees and a horizontal angle of 60 degrees, LUYOR-3320 produces a concentrated beam of light and illuminates an area up to 30 x 1.5cm.

For surface defects that are hard to see under normal lighting (e.g., dust, scratches, burrs, bumps, ink, etc.), you can illuminate the surface using LUYOR-3320 and easily observe them with the naked eye. It is excellent for surface inspection in lenses, liquid crystal glasses, mobile phone glasses, molds, automobile, mobile phone protective films, flexible substrates, screen printing and other industries. For applications requiring large coverage area, LUYOR-3320 can be easily attached to the stand and ganged together.
