Nondestructive Testing (NDT)

LUYOR manufactures a range of LED lamps for nondestructive testing (NDT), including UV-A LED flashlights, overhead NDT lamps, and handheld UV-A lamps. LUYOR NDT lamps are mainly used for fluorescent magnetic particle detection (FMPI) and fluorescent penetrant detection. Our NDT lamps can also be used to detect flaws and imperfections of materials in machinery, automobiles, military industry, aerospace, internal combustion engines, railways and other industries. Very small defects such as cracks and slag inclusions caused by casting, forging, welding, stretching, quenching, grinding, fatigue can be found on the surface and near surface of the parts.
